ColCap Financial Limited (“ColCap”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully priced its latest Residential Mortgage-Backed Security (“RMBS”), namely the A$1.2 billion Triton 2024-3 issue which priced on 12 December 2024 and settles on 19 December 2024.
The transaction is noteworthy in that:
- It was placed to a combination of private and public investors, both local and international.
- Demand for the mezzanine tranches was very strong with over-demand showing coverage ratios of 3-5 times across all offered mezzanine tranches.
- The transaction included approximately 40 per cent residential self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) loans.
