Jane has over the 30 years management expertise serving on the boards of Insurance, Funds Management, property, and other financial services entities. She has extensive experience in profitable growing business in mature and heavily regulated market segments. Current examples are Netwealth Group Limited, Warakirri Asset Management Ltd and Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd.

Jane was a Director of the Australian Energy Market Operator, CCI insurance Ltd and served as a member and Company Director to the Advisory Board to the South Australian Financing Authority. She developed her leadership and management experience earlier in her career, specifically as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialising in the Financial Services Sector and Litigation Support.

Along with her deep experience in Financial Services, Jane's Board experience is vast with over 20 years’ experience as a Chair, Chair of Audit and Risk Committees and Non-Executive Director. Jane was until recently Chair of the Netwealth Group Ltd and of Cromwell Ltd. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Warakirri Asset Management Ltd, Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd and Brighton Grammar School.

Jane is a Williamson Fellow and graduate of Leadership Victoria and holds an Executive MBA from Melbourne University and a Bachelor of Business from RMIT. Jane is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and Certified Practising Accountants of Australia, as well as a member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Andrew has over 26 years experience in the structured finance and funds management sector, working for 7 years in the trustee industry overseeing the corporate trust division as Executive Manager dealing both in the mortgage industry as well as dealing with major infrastructure projects. In his role as Treasurer at Firstmac over 7 years, he was instrumental in the set up of the Firstmac program managing in excess of $5.6 billion assets under management in the RMBS sector.

Ilias has over 28 years experience in both public and private sectors. Prior to co-founding Columbus Capital he was the Executive Business Strategy & Product Development, Consumer Finance RBS at Commonwealth Bank. Key responsibilities included credit card P&L portfolio management, new product technology and end-to-end processing. Prior to CBA, he held several senior executive management positions in the public sector and in marketing agencies.

John holds a B.Comm (Acctg & Fin), GAICD with over 33 years experience in the financial services industry in Sydney and New York.

Most of this career has been focused on capital markets, securitisation, corporate and institutional banking, client advisory and structured finance. During his career John has held the positions of Managing Director Asset-backed Securities at Société Générale in the US, Head of Financial Institutions Group at ANZ and Managing Director/Head of Debt Capital Markets at Westpac.

Recently John has expanded his expertise sitting on the board, advisory board and investment committee of financial sector focused private and start-up companies. John is a director-elect on the board of Art Money Pty Ltd and is the founder and managing director of Super Loan Exchange Pty Ltd specialising in the origination of SMSF loans.

Leah holds an LLB(Hons)/BA, MBA, FAICD, FGIA, FCIS, TFASFA with 25 years experience in private practice and industry. Having worked as a GM, lawyer and listed company secretary Leah has advised on a range of financial products including insurance (lenders mortgage insurance), mortgage products, funds/asset management and superannuation. She has experience in M&A, strategic planning, legal, risk and governance across Financial Services (Funds, Investment, Insurance/Reinsurance, Superannuation, Banking, Fintech), Health (Primary Health, Health Districts, AMS, Service Accreditation, Training), and Technology (Regtech, Data Analytics, SAAS, Digital Marketing).

She previously served as an Independent director and ARC Chair of One Path Funds Management Limited (a subsidiary of ANZ Banking Group Ltd). She is currently an Independent Director at Forager Funds Management and an Independent Chair, Audit and Risk Management Committee at Western NSW Local Health District.

Nick holds a MBA, BSc, GAICD with just shy of 30 years broad experience in financial services/ private health insurance, hospitality / entertainment and retail industries in Australia, Asia and the UK. His career has largely focused on corporate strategy/planning, business transformation and corporate development related activity, having worked at Accenture (Strategy) and subsequently in senior management roles at MBF, Jupiters and David Jones. Career transaction highlights include the Pacific Legend Group IPO (GEM Board, Hong Kong), MBF Proposed IPO (Australia ASX) and Jupiter’s acquisition by Tabcorp which included the divestment of Centrebet.

Nick now acts as a Director, Advisory Board or Corporate Advisor primarily for mid—cap / scale-up organisations across Australasia. He is a main board Governor of ESF (Education; HK), and has served as a Director of APIR Systems Pty Ltd (Financial services, Australia). He resides in Hong Kong.

Kimberley has over 18 years’ experience in the Australian finance and telecommunications industry. In previous roles, she worked for American Express, Vodafone and Bluestone Mortgages managing areas in Debt Management and Customer Service. Her previous history also included the setup of offshore operations for non-bank lenders. Since joining she has overseen the setup of the Manila Operations and its strategic growth from a BPO structure to establishing a standalone operation in excess of 160 staff to date.

David has over 25 years of banking and finance experience with 20 years experience in Australian structured finance. David most recently held a senior analytical role managing the rating process for Australlian structured finance transactions at Fitch Ratings. He has a deep understanding of the Australian securitisation market and the collateral, structures and cashflows behind Australian RMBS. Prior to Fitch, David worked for two major international banks.

Jean is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in the financial services sector. Jean most recently lead Credit Suisse's investment banking coverage of the financial services sector in Australia and New Zealand, with a particular focus on non-bank lenders. Prior to Credit Suisse, Jean worked for Deutsche Bank and KPMG and has been based in Australia, the United Kingdom and South Africa. Jean has extensive expertise in the strategic analysis of financial services businesses, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital market transactions.

Juliana has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services and telco sectors in Australia. Her experience includes senior roles within ANZ Banking Group and Telstra in the area of corporate strategy, M&A and pricing. Juliana has strong strategic analytical competencies in operational processing and financial modeling.

Andrew has over 25 years experience in the Australian financial services industry. His management experience spans across sales, customer service, risk management, business development and technology. Andrew held various executive management roles over 7 years overseeing Toyota Financial Services operations. Prior to joining Columbus, he ran his own project management consultancy business. Key projects included end-to-end processing set up for GMAC-RFC and various CRM consultancies.

Johanna has over 20 years legal, company secretarial and governance experience. Prior to joining ColCap Johanna held various senior roles in the Westpac and Commonwealth Bank secretariat teams. She also gained compliance experience with ASX Limited, having worked as a Senior Adviser in the ASX Listings Compliance team. Johanna spent 12 years with leading US law firms acting on Australian and cross border securities transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Johanna is admitted to practice law in New York, USA and New South Wales, Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.

Mandy has over 25 years in the Australian finance industry. Mandy has had roles that cover all the aspects of the mortgage lifecycle within Retail Banking. Mortgage Management and Lenders Mortgage Insurance. Her experience and focus throughout her career has been on Relationship, Operational and Process/Project Management. Prior to her current role at Columbus her roles included ING Bank and Genworth.

Yianni has over 20 years in the Mortgage and Home Loan industry. Working across Mortgage Management, Fund Managers, Mortgage Insurance, eCommerce and Process Improvement he has built management experience across all areas of Mortgage Lending, Project oversight, Sales and Distribution.

Since 2018 as General Manager of Granite Home Loans (prior to the purchase by ColCap in November 2021), Yianni was instrumental in implementing the distribution platform for 10 aggregator partners including custom origination processes, products and automated onboarding to enable faster growth with limited resources.

Jun Jun has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and financial services with a focus on merger & acquisitions and developing corporate strategy, having advised clients across financial services, consumer & retail, and agriculture sectors.

Most recently she was an Executive Director at MA Financial Group having extensive experience in both Corporate Advisory leading M&A and capital markets transactions and Asset Management where she was primarily responsible to establish the firm’s first China-focused equity fund.

She has also worked at ANZ Banking Group focusing on group strategy and M&A.

Simon has had a comprehensive career spanning over 30 years within the banking and finance sector. His executive focus has been on Sales Leadership, Strategic Partnership Management, Assurance, Governance & Oversight, along with Project & Change Management. Home and residential mortgage lending has been a core base. His growth mindset and successful implementation of change and new product lines have provided revenue matched to risk / reward.

Simon has previously work at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), Colonial Financial Services, and Westpac across multiple business units, including Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Strategic Project Management & Transformational Change and Debt Recovery. Throughout his career Simon has shown resilience, adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
